Please meet our staff below and contact any of us to assist in your unique needs.

Southwest Title Company was started in 1963 by Thomas S. Arnold who served as Chairman of The Board until his death in May 2009.  Mr. Arnold was a licensed attorney in Arkansas, Texas and Colorado.

L. D. Estes
L. D. Estes, Jr. has been with Southwest Title Company since 1965 and has worked in all areas of the title business.  L.D. now serves as the CEO of the Board and is a past President of the Arkansas Land Title Association, having served from 1977-1978.
Marlene Adkison  has worked with Southwest Title Company since 1992 and now serves as the President and CFO  of the Board.  Marlene is an Arkansas Licensed Title Agent and has also served as President of the Arkansas Land Title Association during the 2001-2002 term.
Pat Coker

Pat Coker  has been with Southwest Title Company since 1994 and now serves as Vice-President of the Board.  Pat is also our Operations Manager, as well as a closing agent and an Arkansas Licensed Title Agent.

Linda Merrell

Linda Merrell has been with Southwest Title Company since 1999 and now serves as Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer on the Board.  Linda is an Arkansas Licensed Title Agent and Licensed Abstractor and our abstract Manager.  Linda has also served as President of the Arkansas Land Title Association during the 2006-2007 terms.

Joey Rains

Joey Rains has been with Southwest Title Company since 2002 and is our bookkeeper.  Joey is also an Arkansas Licensed Title Agent and Licensed Abstractor.

Krystal Richardson

Krystal Richardson has been with Southwest Title Company since 2003 and is a closer.  Krystal has also worked in other positions within the company.

Angela Hicks

Angela Hicks has been with Southwest Title Company since 2004 and works in our abstract department as an Abstractor Assistant and maintains our title plant records as well as performing daily searches at the courthouse.

Robin Sewell

Robin Sewell started with Southwest Title Company in 2006 and is a closing assistant supporting the closers with their files, including preparing documents and warehousing the files after closing.

Lacie McMurry

Lacie McMurry started with Southwest Title Company in 2008 and is our receptionist and runs all errands for the company. Lacie also prepares our title policies.
